Responsibilities

Lead HVAC system design and engineering, supervise installations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and mentor junior engineers in oil and gas projects.

Allocate jobs to technicians, monitor progress, ensure timely completion, and maintain records while possessing strong technical knowledge and organizational skills.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and related equipment; diagnose faults and ensure safety compliance.

Prepare, assemble, and inspect mechanical / electrical equipment; document processes and support site personnel.

Oversee daily operations and maintenance of facility systems, ensuring compliance and safety while managing teams and maintenance plans.

Install, troubleshoot, and repair chillers, air conditioning units, firefighting systems, PAGA systems, or other facility systems as applicable; adhere to NFPA, NFPA standards and safety guidelines.

Maintain equipment records, develop maintenance strategies, and implement preventive maintenance procedures.

Provide technical guidance and support for oil and gas facilities management projects.

Qualifications & Skills

Electrical, mechanical, or related engineering / technical diploma / degree as per role requirements.

Experience with HVAC systems, electrical / plumbing, firefighting systems, PAGA systems, or related facility maintenance.

Strong diagnostic, repair, and preventive maintenance capabilities; knowledge of safety and quality standards.

Ability to coordinate teams, manage records, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
