The Senior Performance Specialist is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the Performance Management Framework. The role ensures alignment between individual performance, organizational strategy, and culture by promoting a performance-driven mindset across all levels. This position plays a critical role in enabling leaders and employees to achieve excellence, ensuring fairness, transparency, and impact in how performance is managed and recognized.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology (Master’s preferred).
6 - 8 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 3 years specializing in performance management or organizational development.
Proven experience in leading performance management cycles within large or complex organizations.
Familiarity with performance automation systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or Cornerstone.
Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Certification in HR or performance management (CIPD, SHRM, ATD, etc.) is an advantage.
