About the role :

We are looking for a passionate, energetic

Assistant Manager - Housekeeping

to join our team and assist in managing all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house non-kitchen areas, hotel linen, and uniforms.

Responsibilities

Manage all housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Oversee guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas; supervise the hotel linen and uniforms.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for guests.

International experience in luxury hotel brands, demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments.

Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow, setting an exceptional leadership example.

Ability to work under pressure.

Excellent written and spoken English.
