Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with HSE standards
- Perform risk assessments and develop actionable corrective measures to mitigate identified risks
- Prepare, maintain, and update safety documentation, incident reports, and compliance records
- Lead safety training programs and guide workers on site safety rules and best practices
- Coordinate with project teams and contractors to enforce safety protocols and promote accountability
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence
- Ensure all safety equipment and procedures are in place and functioning effectively
- Collaborate with management to improve HSE performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Requirements :
Graduation with a recognized qualification in Occupational Health, Safety, or a related fieldValid NEBOSH IGC (Level 3) certificationMinimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in civil construction projectsProven experience working on projects in the Middle East is highly preferredStrong command of English and Hindi (written and verbal)Demonstrated ability to conduct risk assessments, audits, and safety reportingExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and a proactive, disciplined approach to safety managementMust be medically fit and possess a valid medical fitness certificateSelection Process :
