Relocation Consultant - MEA

Position Overview

The Relocation Consultant is responsible for managing and delivering relocation services for assignees and clients, ensuring a smooth transition throughout the relocation journey. This role covers the full scope of service delivery — from planning and coordination to personal accompaniment and execution on the ground — to guarantee a professional, high-quality, and supportive relocation experience.

Key Responsibilities

Relocation Management and Delivery

• Manage and deliver the end-to-end relocation process, including pre-assignment, on-assignment, and post-assignment phases
• Personally accompany assignees for home searches, school visits, orientations, and settling‑in services
• Conduct needs assessments as part of the service delivery, ensuring that each relocation plan reflects the assignee’s and client’s requirements
• Ensure services are fully executed, not only arranged, with accountability for results
• Coordinate closely with immigration and other teams to align timelines and ensure smooth transitions
