Job Summary Responsible for managing and driving credit card acquisition and activation strategies to achieve portfolio growth, improve customer onboarding experience, and ensure strong activation ratios within the first 90 days of issuance.
Key Accountabilities 1. Acquisition Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute end-to-end acquisition plans for credit cards across multiple channels (branches, digital, tele sales, etc.).
Work closely with sales teams to achieve acquisition targets and optimize cost per acquisition.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to recommend enhancements in product features and acquisition approach.
2. Activation & Early Engagement
Design and implement activation campaigns to ensure cardholders transact within the first 30–60–90 days.
Coordinate with marketing and analytics teams for personalized onboarding journeys and communication.
Monitor activation KPIs and conversion funnels, and take corrective actions to improve performance.
3. Product & Process Management
Ensure smooth operational processes for credit card issuance and activation, minimizing drop-offs.
Work with operations, IT, and risk teams to simplify application processing and reduce TAT.
Monitor customer feedback to enhance acquisition and activation experience.
4. Data Analytics & Reporting
Track and report acquisition and activation metrics, including cost of acquisition, activation ratios, and channel performance.
Provide insights for campaign optimization and present regular updates to senior management.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies during acquisition and activation activities.
Maintain strong controls to prevent fraud and mis-selling.
