Lead, train, and mentor the spa therapy team to maintain five-star service standards. Perform and oversee spa treatments, ensuring consistency and quality. Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve concerns, and enhance the overall spa experience. Collaborate with the Spa Supervisor / Manager to implement new treatments and promotions. Ensure all spa areas, equipment, and products are well-maintained and stocked. Requirements

Previous experience as a Senior Spa Therapist, Head Spa Therapist, or similar leadership role in luxury resorts, hotels, or wellness centers. Professional certifications in massage, facials, and spa therapies. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Benefits
