Job Description

• Conduct dynamic and safe Pilates classes for hotel guests, residents, and / or staff.
• Assess individual fitness levels and tailor sessions to meet personal goals and abilities.
• Create a welcoming and motivating environment that promotes health and well‑being.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of Pilates equipment and studio area cleanliness.
• Provide guidance on posture, breathing techniques, and injury prevention during sessions.
• Promote wellness programs and encourage guest participation through engaging communication.
