A chic bistro located in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai is looking for an experienced and talented Bartender / Barmaid to join its vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, cocktail crafting, and exceptional guest service. This role requires strong beverage knowledge, creativity, and the ability to provide a welcoming bar atmosphere while ensuring a high level of service and consistency.

To be considered for the role of Bartender / Barmaid, you will need to fulfill the following requirements :

• Prepare and serve signature cocktails, classic drinks, wines, and spirits with precision and consistency.
• Engage with guests, providing personalized recommendations and an interactive bar experience.
• Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to prevent shortages and manage costs.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to create exceptional food and drink pairings.
• Keep up with trends in mixology and beverage service, ensuring a creative and evolving menu.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Previous experience as a Bartender or Barmaid in a bistro, high-end lounge, or luxury hospitality setting is required.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, with a passion for mixology.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as French, Russian, or Arabic are a plus.
