Overview

Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Auditor / Consultant to join a dedicated Legal Audit Team. This short-term engagement aims to assess the Legal Department’s effectiveness in managing risks, compliance, and governance as part of the client’s Corporate Internal Audit Department. Duration :

2 Months (1st February 2025 – 31st March 2025) Key Responsibilities

Assess compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. Review contracts, litigation processes, and external legal firm performance. Ensure governance adherence and identify non-compliance risks. Evaluate documentation practices and performance metrics. Requirements

Professionally qualified (CIA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) with more than 5 years of experience in legal audits. Strong understanding of local laws, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Arabic language skills are an added advantage. Excellent report-writing skills with the ability to produce strong, concise, and actionable recommendations.
