Operations Leader

Requirements for the position include :

• 5+ years' experience in cabin fabrication
• Strong knowledge of modular cabins (preferred)
• Familiarity with steel fabrication (advantage)
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Skilled in managing preventive and routine maintenance
• Proven ability to upskill teams and enhance finish quality
• Solid understanding of cost control
• Experience in logistics management
• Ability to work well under pressure and oversee multiple locations
• Strong reporting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must be available in Qatar, hold a valid NOC and driving license
