Job Description
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and exterior areas to brand standards, ensuring they are well-presented at all times.
- Report maintenance defects in guest rooms, public areas, and back of house through KnowCross.
- Adhere to all brand standards and quality audit standards throughout the hotel.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards when handling cleaning materials.
- Provide exceptional customer care, maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude even when faced with challenges.
- Assist with other tasks to support the housekeeping team as required.
- Attend all required training sessions and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferredExcellent communication and organisational skills, with good problem-solving abilitiesPhysical fitness to stand, lift, push and pull for extended periodsAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standardsFlexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidaysKnowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe handling of chemicalsProficiency in English; additional languages beneficialAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasksPositive attitude and adaptability to challenging situationsAdditional Information
