The Chef will be responsible for the daily preparation of meals and ensuring that meals are cooked in accordance with health and safety regulations. The Chef will work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared correctly and efficiently. The Chef will also be responsible for ordering ingredients, managing inventory, training new kitchen staff members, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a professional chef in Doha or abroad Proven track record of creating delicious dishes for customers Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations related to food preparation Good communication & organizational skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Willingness to accept constructive feedback from colleagues & customers
