The role of a Waitress in Doha Qatar is essential in providing exceptional dining experiences to guests in the catering and restaurant industry This position requires a blend of excellent customer service skills a keen understanding of food and beverage offerings and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment As a Waitress you will be the face of the establishment ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of Your responsibilities will not only include serving food and drinks but also creating a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently ensuring high standards of presentation Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy service periods Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience Participate in training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge Preferred Candidate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing highquality service Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends Positive attitude and a teamoriented mindset Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and menu items Strong customer service orientation with a passion for the hospitality industry
