Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager with an engineering background to oversee the infinity roof top project. The ideal candidate will manage the entire fit-out scope including faade glazing HVAC MEP design and fire life safety systems ensuring high-quality delivery within a strict 4‑month timeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from mobilization to handover.
  • Review the drawings
  • Coordinate all construction activities including :

Fit‑out works

  • Faade and glass cladding with retractable window systems
  • Installation lighting and sound systems
  • HVAC and MEP systems design and implementation
  • Fire and life safety systems
  • Liaise closely with client contractors consultants designers and suppliers to ensure timely progress and resolution of technical issues.
  • Conduct and lead regular site meetings and technical reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications quality standards and local authority requirements.
  • Track project milestones and ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Prepare and submit daily progress reports and updates for management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor procurement schedules and verify on‑site deliveries against program needs.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies when necessary.

    • Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management with specific experience in restaurant or hospitality fit‑out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of fit‑out works faade systems HVAC MEP and fire safety.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with a proactive approach.
  • Hands‑on experience working with consultants authorities and contractors in Qatar (preferably in Msheireb or similar high‑profile developments).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in relevant softwares.
