Communications Lead

Overview Contract : 1-year, project based contract, full-time

Responsibilities

Lead communication strategy and execution for the Microsoft Copilot project in collaboration with Microsoft.

Act as the primary liaison between TeKnowledge, Microsoft, and government stakeholders.

Translate technical concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and client-facing materials.

Identify communication opportunities to enhance project visibility and adoption.

Support change management and user engagement efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline – required.

Master’s degree – preferred.

Native Arabic speaker with excellent command of English.

3–7 years of experience in technology communications or a similar client-facing role.

Proven experience in technology or a similar client-facing role.

Strong understanding of AI tools, digital transformation, and enterprise tech.

Exceptional soft skills : articulate, personable, and persuasive.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English for clear, persuasive messaging.

Creative thinker with a flair for storytelling and visual communication.

Experience working with or alongside Microsoft technologies is a plus.
