Responsibilities
Coordinate the entire accident repair process from initial booking through to completion.
Collaborate with technicians, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
Adhere to safety and quality standards in compliance with industry regulations.
Maintain accurate repair documentation and ensure data integrity across engineering systems.
Provide administrative support to the Engineering Team and assist with data for management reports.
Conduct quality inspections, identify defects, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Communicate repair statuses and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor Daily Off-Road status, labor efficiency, and material costs to track performance.
Manage workshop rosters, equipment records, and SOP documentation.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager to meet operational requirements.
Qualifications
Education : High School Diploma or Diploma in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in accident repair or a related role within the automotive industry.
Certifications (Preferred)
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE)
I-CAR Certification
Estimating and Repair Planning Certification
