Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures and schedules, and track progress against milestones
• Create, maintain, and update project schedules, allocating resources, manpower, and equipment efficiently
• Monitor project timelines to identify potential delays and propose solutions
• Analyse project specifications to estimate costs for materials, labour, equipment, and other resources
• Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates and budgets, considering risks and project complexities
• Monitor project expenses and ensure alignment with budgets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions
• Implement cost control measures to optimise project spending
• Identify and assess risks that could impact project timelines or budgets, developing mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present regular progress and cost reports to stakeholders
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards
