Job Title : Industrial Engineer - Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist (Ar-Ruwais, Qatar) We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As a Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize production processes and increase efficiency in our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities

Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement plans to increase productivity and reduce costs. Utilize data analysis and statistical tools to identify opportunities for process optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. Train and mentor production staff on new processes and procedures. Monitor production metrics and provide regular reports on progress towards targets. Requirements

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques and Lean principles. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab, or JMP. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
