Role Responsibilities :
- Show complete product knowledge, understand rate structure, and apply rate management.
- Assist guests with cancellations or modifications of reservations.
- Process and confirm guest reservations via phone or email.
- Process payments and send reservation confirmations via email.
- Stay updated on hotel promotions and follow procedures for reservations, rates, and hotel facilities.
