Qualifications, Experience and Skills

Minimum of three years as Head of Primary School, Assistant Head or other primary school senior leadership positions, such as a Primary IB Coordinator Appropriate teaching and leadership qualifications IB teaching experience at the primary level Demonstration of a successful history of student-centered leadership while effectively collaborating with teachers as a part of a professional learning community Successful experience with the recruitment, development, and retention of teachers Experience in building sectional or whole school timetable International experience and / or experience working in a diverse, multicultural environment Excellent interpersonal skills with proven experience of fostering a positive school spirit amongst students, staff, and the wider community Successful experience working collaboratively to effectively innovate, implement and sustain change initiatives Previous experience leading school accreditation protocols Professional level competency in spoken and written English This is a wonderfully unique opportunity to join a passionate team of IB educators in a reputable international school located in one of the most flourishing locations in the Middle East.
