This role offers the chance to work with premium global brands in a dynamic airport environment. Detailed Responsibilities

Customer Service Excellence

Provide personalized shopping consultations to international travelers Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across luxury categories (perfumes, cosmetics, electronics, liquor) Achieve and exceed individual / team sales targets Process payments and handle currency exchanges Store Operations

Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards Manage inventory and stock replenishment Operate POS systems and handle cash reconciliations Ensure compliance with airport security regulations Brand Representation

Conduct product demonstrations and promotions Build relationships with premium brand representatives Stay updated on market trends and new arrivals Qualifications & Requirements

Essential

Minimum 2 years luxury retail experience Fluent English (Arabic / French / Russian / Mandarin a plus) Proven track record in achieving sales targets Flexibility for shift work (24 / 7 operation) Preferred

Airport retail experience Certification in product categories (wine / spirits, cosmetics) Experience with tax-free shopping systems Comprehensive Benefits

Financial Package
