ERPNext / Frappe Software Developer

Responsibilities

Develop and customize ERPNext modules and applications using the Frappe framework to meet client-specific business requirements. Design and implement new features, modules, and functionalities within the ERPNext / Frappe framework. Customize ERPNext forms, fields, workflows, and user interfaces using Frappe to align with client processes. Configure ERPNext / Frappe settings, permissions, and roles for proper access and functionality. Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications and services through API development and management within the Frappe framework. Conduct unit testing, system testing, and debugging within the ERPNext / Frappe environment to ensure quality and performance. Manage data migration processes, including ETL operations, to ensure accurate data transfer into ERPNext. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for ERPNext / Frappe implementations. Document technical specifications, code changes, and system configurations within ERPNext / Frappe for future reference. Collaborate with ERP functional consultants to ensure that technical solutions align with functional business requirements. Manage internal project task, timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful completion of ERPNext / Frappe projects through internal project management tools & timesheet. Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver technical solutions that meet their needs. Stay updated on ERPNext and Frappe developments, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within the system.
