Job descriptionA degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or Sales & Marketing from a recognized university. 10–15 years of experience in the financial services or banking industry, with a focus on retail asset product development and management. Proven expertise in project and product management methodologies. Strong understanding of operational procedures, credit, compliance, risk, and customer service. Experience in market research, value proposition design, and regulatory frameworks.
We’re looking for a dynamic Product Head – Assets to lead our retail asset product portfolio, driving growth and excellence across the product lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
As Product Head – Assets, you’ll be at the forefront of our retail banking strategy, responsible for :
- Leading the end-to-end management of retail asset products—from ideation to execution.
- Driving cross-functional collaboration to develop value-added offerings aligned with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Monitoring market trends and competitive dynamics to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Shaping client segmentation strategies and annual business plans to support organizational goals.
- Managing stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful solutions.
- Conducting market research, customer surveys, and performance analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Developing business cases for new products, including budgeting, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.
