The opportunity is with MENA – Tax Policy & Controversy. EY is seeking a manager to join our Tax Policy & Controversy team where you will lead complex engagements and drive the growth of our International Tax & Transaction Services (ITTS) practice.
The role involves leading client engagements on complex tax policy developments, managing tax disputes, and shaping strategies to help organizations navigate a rapidly evolving regulatory environment. You will be responsible for project delivery, client relationship management, and team leadership, while contributing to the growth and development of the practice.

You must be able to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively in both written and oral English. You should identify areas of risk, carry out effective reviews, and know when to refer upwards. You are expected to be a client-focused and commercially aware team player with the ability to build relationships at all levels. You must also possess project management skills, plan and prioritise work, meet deadlines, and monitor budgets. You should be able to solve problems creatively and pragmatically.
