Job description

Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation in Qatar. They are currently seeking a Fleet Agent to join their team in Doha.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Allocating vehicles to drivers and managing daily fleet operations
Checking outgoing vehicles via vehicle checklist to ensure they meet standards and reporting any vehicle damage or issues
Coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure vehicles are serviced and maintained
Monitoring fleet performance, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions
Tracking and analysing fuel consumption, expenses, and fleet utilisation
Providing excellent customer service and responding to driver inquiries
Addressing any driver concerns and resolving issues promptly

PROFILE

Diploma qualification or equivalent

2-3 years’ experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics

Certified or trained in any of the following : Certified Fleet Manager (CFM), Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Certification, and / or Customer Service Certification

Ideally have some knowledge of fleet management software, with strong data analysis skills, time management and communication skills

Fluency in English is essential
