Sales Manager -Gym

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the gym and wellness space.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, corporate partners, and community stakeholders to increase brand visibility and grow the customer base.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities.
• Lead and manage promotional campaigns and public relations efforts to enhance the brand’s image and market reach.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and service teams to align sales efforts with broader business goals.
• Track, analyze, and present sales reports, KPIs, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership.
