Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and identify business opportunities for freight and logistics services.
  • Meet potential clients to present service offerings (transport, warehousing, shipping, etc.).
  • Build strong client relationships to grow and retain business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and contracts.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors and pricing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or a related field.
  • 2 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding or transportation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and client handling skills.
  • Knowledge of shipping terms (Incoterms), warehousing and transportation services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Key skills : B2B sales, market knowledge in logistics, target orientation, lead generation, time management.
