STAFF NURSE Responsibilities

Maintaining exact, total health and wellness care records and reports. Carrying out medicines to clients and checking them for adverse effects as well as responses. Recommending assistive medical devices and related therapies. Recording patient vital indications and medical information. Getting clinical analysis and professional examinations. Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in client conditions. Providing non-intravenous medications. Assessing, applying, preparing, or assessing client nursing care plans by dealing with care team participants. Changing patient health care plans as shown by client conditions and feedback. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Nursing Ability to properly communicate with individuals, families, doctors, and hospital / facility team. Fundamental computer skills. Professional, friendly perspective. QCHP permit Job Type : Full-time
