Overview

Art Director - Contract Position (Indian Nationals Only). As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction and visual style of various projects. This is a contract position based in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar and is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English. Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other visual materials Lead and direct a team of designers to ensure high-quality and timely execution of design projects Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their objectives Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field Minimum 5 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar role Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different mediums (print, digital, social media, etc.) Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) Must possess a valid biometric passport This is an urgent position that requires someone who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Please note that this is a contract position without accommodation provided.
