HVAC TECHNICIAN

Job Responsibilities Install maintain and repair HVAC systems and components across hotel areas Diagnose malfunctions in air conditioning ventilation and refrigeration systems Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure efficient operation Monitor temperature control systems and respond to guest or facility complaints Ensure compliance with safety and energy standards Requirements ITI Diploma in HVAC or relevant technical field 2 years of handson experience in HVAC maintenance preferably in hospitality Strong knowledge of HVAC systems controls and troubleshooting techniques Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
