Carpenter

Carpenter - Contract Position We are currently seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team on a contract basis in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in carpentry and an eye for detail. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing wooden structures and fixtures. This role requires someone who is physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints to plan carpentry projects

Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications

Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, flooring, and trim

Repair or replace damaged or rotting woodwork

Select and purchase quality materials for each project

Operate hand and power tools safely

Follow building codes and safety regulations at all times

Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements

Previous experience as a Carpenter or similar role is required

Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques

Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings

Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination

Attention to detail with excellent problem‑solving skills

Good time management skills

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Fluent in English (Arabic would be an advantage)

Salary This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
