Buggy Driver

The Buggy Driver is responsible for safely and courteously transporting guests around the property using a buggy. The role plays a key part in ensuring a positive first impression and enhancing the guest experience through friendly and professional service.

Greet guests with a warm friendly and professional attitude.
Transport guests and their belongings to and from rooms hotelfacilities and parking areas as required.
Assist with luggage handling during guest arrivals and departures.
Ensure the buggy is clean wellmaintained and fully charged or fueled.
Follow scheduled transportation routines as well as adhoc requests promptly.
Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to maintenance or management.
Adhere tosafety protocols and traffic rules at all times.
Provide guests with information about hotel facilities events and local attractions.
Maintain a high level of guest service and uphold hotel standards.

Qualifications

Valid drivers license.

Proven safe driving record.

Prior experience in a hospitality or customerfacing role preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Russian / Arabic speaking preferred.

Physically fit and able to lift luggage.

Flexible with work hours including weekends holidays and evenings.
