Job Overview
The Brand Manager will lead Gulf pre‑launch and launch preparations for CardioMetabolicHealth. The individual will be responsible to deliver on the business objectives by establishing clear strategic priorities based on market insights, developing, and supporting the implementation of key tactics and spearheading innovation through internal and external benchmarking in this area. The Brand Manager will also be required to work with key global and regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the cross‑functional team (CFT), including medical, regulatory, sales, market access, BI&A, and CAPRA to develop and implement customer plans, launch preparations, launch readiness sessions, and operational activities for CMH.
Work with various global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategy and strategic initiatives for the Gulf.
Collaborate with CFT to conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insight gathering to shape brand positioning and go‑to‑market strategies.
Develop TL Mapping and Engagement plans.
Work with Corporate Affairs to develop and implement environmental shaping activities based on affiliate archetype.
Develop operational plans and TP activations that increase deep touch points, work with MCE to expand and develop SOA partnerships.
Achieve Brand Health goals and annual targets, manage OPEX to help ensure the company achieves its annual goals.
Prepare the field force for launch through input into training content, tools, and launch readiness initiatives.
Monitor KPIs and adapt tactics based on feedback and performance data.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (Business / Sciences).
6+ years of pharmaceutical or FMCG / Consumer experience.
Ability to work across dynamic CFT.
Additional Skills / Preferences
Experience in prior Marketing Role(s), experience in mass market and pharma / consumer space is a plus.
Experience in product launch or pre‑launch activities is a plus.
Experience in leading CFT or large projects.
MBA is a plus.
Proficient in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
