Permanent Temporary with Secondment Maintaining the Store in accordance with Store Management Procedure Workflows and Proper Documentation to ensure that no discrepancies in physical CAFM stock quantities specifications and storage locations Ensure the Store and Open yards are in line with the Store Management Safety and housekeeping procedures Responsible for material deliveries to the Store and making sure that all the relevant documents are prepared and managed Preparation of Letters and other correspondence related to the timely deliveries of Contractual Spare Materials by the Contractors Conducting and coordinating the Periodical Store Inventory checking counting internal audits in accordance with the Bin allocation and labelling Sound knowledge of CAFM MS Excel and Word Qualifications Bachelor s Degree Diploma or equivalent experience Min 5 years of experience in the same role Experience in Facility and maintenance company industry English Communications Arabic is a plus Note that we are receiving a high volume of applications and only candidates who meet the criteria will be contacted
