Key Responsibilities :

Assist with the onboarding and setup of new clients on internal systems.

Maintain digital and physical client records in a structured and accessible manner.

Draft basic templates, board resolutions, and client letters under supervision.

Coordinate signature and submission of routine documents with clients.

Monitor compliance calendars and flag upcoming deadlines to the Supervisor.

Help prepare simple documentation such as meeting packs, registers, and trackers.

Support in the filing of documentation with QFC and / or MoCI as instructed.

Keep statutory records up to date in line with client changes.

Assist in the preparation of annual returns and company secretarial filings.

Complete KYC checklists and assist with document collection for compliance.

Use platforms such as ViewPoint, Enate, and authority portals for data entry.

Help generate internal reports and summaries on service delivery timelines.

Attend training sessions on company law, trust structures, and governance practices.

Shadow senior colleagues during complex client interactions and compliance processes.

Key Requirements :

• A legal or compliance background would be preferred;

Relevant knowledge of the Commercial Companies Law 2005, QFC Regulations, Qatar Taxation

Fluency in English and Arabic

Relevant operational procedures knowledge; and

Competence in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
