Customer Service Executive (Arabic Speaking)

Job Description

We are seeking a fluent Arabic-speaking Customer Service Executive to support users of our home services app. You will handle customer inquiries, service bookings, and issue resolution via phone, chat, and email & translations. Your role is key in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for customers booking services like cleaning, maintenance, and repairs through the app.

Residency Requirements

Must be locally available in Qatar with valid QID and transferable visa

Language Skills

Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written)

Good command of English & Hindi (Not Mandatory) is a plus.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of customer service experience
  • Previous experience in e-commerce , or call center operations is an advantage

Technical Skills

  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge for app-related user issues
  • Computer Proficiency
  • Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Education

    Bachelor's Degree or above; relevant certifications are a plus
