Job descriptionExperience with Schneider Electric hardware (ION meters, PLCs, and gateways) software (Power Monitoring Expert, Power SCADA Expert, Wonderware), proficiency in relevant programming languages (Visual Basic, C / C++, Java, Python), and SQL databases. Familiarity with industry-standard communication protocols (Modbus, IEC 61850, BACnet) and electrical equipment (switchgear, generators, relays, UPS systems). Ability to analyse customer power monitoring data, identify performance gaps, and propose solutions. Desire to grow, develop, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualification and Experience required
- Electrical Engineering Background : Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE or MSEE) with 5+ years of experience.
- Power Systems Knowledge : Thorough understanding of power generation, distribution, and power quality concepts.
- Communication and Collaboration : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
