Senior Manager SA&I - Qatar

Accountabilities

• Accountable for developing relationship with key clients and service their research requirements.
• Demonstrate expertise across research types Brand health tracking C-SAT / Myster Shopping Usage & Attitude Purchase journey Custom Adhoc work etc.
• Being involved in all research related stages like questionnaire development data analysis report writing and client presentation to drive the project smooth execution independently or with support of team members (given the nature & scale of the project)
• Provide advice / mentor team members on project execution and managing client expectations.
• Handle client queries or complaints provide advice and consultation to stakeholders (internal / external)
