Job Profile :

• Providing Technical support and troubleshooting for GCMS, LCMS ,ICP MS,IC,HPLC that involves addressing advanced troubleshooting and complex issues.
• Managing Service trainings for freshers with-in the organization and in-house engineers for the customers.
• Generating service business revenue for their assigned territory and key customers
