Overview Of The Role

• As a Receptionist at Honda Aftersales, you play a critical role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your primary responsibilities include managing the front desk, greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, and handling inquiries with professionalism. Success in this role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining orderly front desk operations, and supporting the service team efficiently. You are the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a positive impression and consistent support throughout their visit.
