Road Marking Sales and Specification Representative

Road Marking Sales and Specification Representative Responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong, long-term relationships with clients in the transportation, infrastructure, and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the road marking and traffic management sectors, with a focus on public sector contracts, contractors, and infrastructure projects.

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and municipal / government representatives.

Product Specification : Work with the technical team to create accurate and detailed road marking specifications tailored to client needs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Market Analysis : Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to adapt our offerings and sales strategies effectively.

Presentations and Proposals : Deliver product presentations, prepare detailed quotations, and provide expert advice on road marking solutions to customers.

Project Support : Assist in the coordination and specification of road marking projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring client expectations are met.

Customer Support : Provide exceptional post-sale support, troubleshooting, and project follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Education

Bachelor of Engineering preferably Civil or Equivalent

Work Experience

At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or specification within the road marking, civil engineering, or construction industry (preferred).

Understanding of road marking products, materials, and industry standards, along with the ability to specify solutions based on customer needs.

Basic understanding of road construction processes and traffic management solutions.
