Senior Project Manager, Digital Delivery

The Senior Project Manager, Digital Delivery will be responsible to manage the planning, executing, and monitoring digital projects across QF to ensure delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality parameters. In addition, to ensure projects are effectively governed, risks are managed, and solutions are transitioned into business‑as‑usual operations.

Key Result Areas :

• Deliver and manage assigned digital projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
• Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards to track project performance, adoption, and outcomes.
• Provide structured reporting into QF project governance forums.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure smooth handover of completed projects into operations.
• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital delivery projects using QF’s project management standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Translate project progress into BI dashboards and visual reports for senior leadership.
• Define KPIs for digital initiatives and ensure they are tracked and reported consistently.
• Integrate BI insights into project steering committee packs, governance reviews, and executive dashboards.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when needed.
• Coordinate with solution designers, data scientists, and adoption leads to ensure delivery quality.
• Conduct lessons learned and contribute to QFIT’s project and BI maturity.
• Other reasonable tasks as assigned by Supervisor
