Budget & Marketing Investment Effectiveness Manager
Join Snoonu as the Budget & Marketing Investment Effectiveness Manager. In this role you will act as the strategic bridge between marketing strategy and financial execution, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of marketing budgets across markets and channels to maximize ROI.
Overview
Your mission is to guide disciplined spending while enhancing marketing efficiency. You’ll use data‑driven insights to enable smarter decision‑making, strengthen the measurable impact of global marketing initiatives, and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate, manage, and track marketing budgets across regions, aligning them with strategic priorities.
- Lead the budget‑allocation process with country marketing teams and headquarters stakeholders.
- Monitor budget execution, identify variances, and provide proactive recommendations for optimization.
- Develop and maintain ROI frameworks to evaluate marketing spend across channels, markets, and campaigns.
- Produce performance reports with insights into cost efficiency, scalability, and ROI trends.
- Partner with data and analytics teams to integrate advanced metrics and predictive modeling into budget planning and evaluation.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and compliance with financial policies.
- Work with Procurement to streamline vendor processes, negotiate contracts, and secure cost‑efficient partnerships.
- Serve as the key point of contact for budget audits, financial reviews, and related compliance matters.
- Design and implement standardized processes for budget requests, approvals, tracking, and post‑campaign analysis.
- Develop tools and dashboards to enhance transparency and accessibility of budget and performance data across stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.4–6 years of experience in marketing finance, budget management, ROI analysis, or business analytics within a global organization.Proficiency in financial modeling and data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, budgeting software).Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, Procurement, and Marketing teams.Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.Company Culture & Benefits
