Cost Control Lead

Key Responsibilities Lead the cost control function for the entire project lifecycle from planning through closeout Develop monitor and maintain project budgets forecasts and cost performance metrics Prepare detailed cost reports and variance analysis for senior management and client review Ensure cost tracking aligns with project execution plans schedules and procurement activities Analyze change orders trends and risk impacts on the project budget Work closely with planning procurement construction and finance teams Maintain compliance with Aramco procedures and cost management standards Candidate Requirements Bachelor s degree in Engineering Finance or related discipline Minimum 8 10 years of experience in cost control on major industrial projects Previous Aramco project experience is a strong advantage Proficiency in cost control tools such as SAP Primavera P6 Excel and ERPbased systems Strong analytical and reporting skills ability to present clear cost status and forecasts Fluent in English both written and spoken
