Hotel Manager vacancy in Al-Rayyan Qatar

We are seeking a qualified Hotel Manager to oversee all hotel operations in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The successful candidate will manage staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of service.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and maintenance.
• Train and manage staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Develop strategies to improve hotel profitability.
• Create and manage departmental budgets.
• Coordinate with department heads for smooth operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Manage reservations and ensure accurate bookings.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements :

Salary : $1800 per month.

This is a full-time position offering visa sponsorship. We welcome applicants from all nationalities, with a preference for Indian nationals.
