Job Summary :

As a Guest Service Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to guests, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Job Responsibility

Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person Process reservations, cancellations, and changes Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met Assist with special requests and accommodations

Candidate Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office, E-connect and PMS Opera systems. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
