Civil Technician

Summary of Major Duties and Responsibilities Review and record documents Regular visits to the work site and record asbuilt measurements for the existing works as and when required for demolition alteration and modification of structures and facilities Measure actual work done at the site for all works executed by the civil calloff contractor during stagewise inspection Assist with daytoday work inspection and progress update for the preventive maintenance activities and record measurements material equipment and labor usage for the civil maintenance activities Experience Five 5 years experience as civil technician supervisor in Oil Gas Industry Good experience in Building maintenance and construction of new facilities Knowledge of local and International QA QC methods Computer literate in use of spread sheet and relevant software AutoCAD and basic survey skills will be an advantage Ability to read interpret engineering drawings Knowledge of safety procedures Age limit Not over the age of Forty 40 years old
