On behalf of our client - Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapy Technician to join our team and support speech-language pathologists in providing high-quality therapy services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of speech and language development and be committed to helping individuals improve their communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of individualized speech therapy plans as directed by a licensed speech-language pathologist.
- Conduct screenings and assessments to identify communication issues in clients.
- Prepare and organize therapy materials and equipment for sessions.
- Document clients' progress and report any significant changes to the supervising therapist.
- Provide support and guidance to clients and their families regarding therapy goals and strategies.
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients.
