HR Generalist

Looking for a candidate who demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with employees effectively, knowledgeable in social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be capable of organizing events tailored to a manufacturing environment and must be well-versed in core HR functions such as payroll, timekeeping, policy implementation, HR systems, recruitment, training and development, and employee relations.

Requirements :

• 3-4 years of supervisory experience in human resources or 5 years and up in a Generalist capacity

• Excellent communication and team working skills
• Proficiency in computer software such as MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
